Alam is also proficient in using the latest 3D software, which allows him to create stunning visualizations of his designs.
Responsibilities
As the architect and 3D artist for Afforda INC, Ar. Alam is responsible for the following:
- Conducting initial consultations with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Developing preliminary sketches and designs
- Creating 3D models and renderings of the designs
- Working with engineers and contractors to bring the designs to life
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure that the designs are executed as intended

Ar. Alam has a strong understanding of architectural principles and practices. He is also proficient in using the latest 3D software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max. Ar.
